Q: How much does delivery cost?

- Accessories: €1.00 - €1.60 (depending on the item)
- Vehicle care: €4.99
- Tuning: Depending on consultation with us (support)
Please note that if you order from the " Clothing " category and another selected category, the shipping costs will be added together. The reason for this is differentiated delivery logistics.
Q: How long will delivery of my order take?

- Clothing: 3 - 6 days
- Accessories: 1 - 3 days
- except caps & hats, mobile phone cases 7 - 10 days
- Vehicle care: 1 - 3 days

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: We process your return the same day we receive your items. As soon as they have been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email (please also check your spam folder if necessary). Your refund will be returned to the payment method you used to place your order. Please note a possible processing time of up to 10 days for the refund.
Q: What if I receive a faulty item?
A: If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, please return it to us within 30 days with a description of the fault. We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. Defective items will be inspected and validated upon receipt.
Q: I'm missing an item, what should I do?
A: In the unlikely event that you are missing an item in your order, it is likely due to your order being shipped in separate packages. In this case please check your email as we have emailed you to update you on the status of your order. (Don't forget to check your spam folder if it ended up there). If you still haven't received your order in full, please contact us via info@jdmapproved.de .
